From 2017 to today
Founded as O2O Inc. on Aug 16, 2017, the company started with speech recognition and set-top box AI. It expanded into AI negotiation in 2024, and since 2025 it has operated as AIO2O with three businesses: AI negotiation, AI marketing automation and on-device AI.
