AIO2O signed an agreement with KT Commerce and the Korea University HI-AI Institute to develop an AI negotiation agent, and won an ITU AI for Good award.
Applied at a large enterprise, it handles tens of thousands of negotiations a year and improved the average margin by about 5–6%.
